Packs

Packs are used when you sell items with some components that can be selected among some choices but they have a unique price for any combination. Mainly used for food menus (choice a starter, a main course and a drink).

You can create here different pack structures with some selectable values. During the sale you can only select one choice from each value.

In this screen we will add the Packs with their Values. Push the button to add a Pack. If you want to edit / delete pack, click twice on them.

Here you can enter the data for the new pack:

• Code: By default, the system generates a sequential code, which can be changed as long as it is unique.

• Name: The name of the Pack.

Now you have some Packs created.

If you select a Pack and slide your finger on the screen to the left, to access the second tab to manage package types, you can add the Choice Groups for the Pack selected with the button

Here you can enter the values for the pack:

• Code: By default, the system generates a sequential code, which can be changed as long as it is unique.

• Name: The name of the value of the pack.

• Order: The different values will appear in this order when selling a pack (a starter should appear before a main course).

Here you can see a sample of some values entered into the Pack “Breakfast Menu” where you can select one Pastry, a Drink and a Juice.
