Types ticket

In this screen the different types of tickets with which the application will work are managed.

Press te button to add a new ticket type, or double click on a ticket type to edit it.

Here you can enter the data of the new type of ticket:

  • Code: By default, the system generates a sequential code, which can be changed as long as it is unique.
  • Status: Here we select if this type of ticket is Active or Inactive.
  • Name: Here you must enter the name of the ticket type.
  • Ticket Type Name: Here we must enter the name of the type of ticket in the default language and we can also enter it in all the languages that will be in the application, using the button.

  • Self selection by customer: Here we can define the behavior of the ticket in relation to the customer.

  • Selection allowed according to customer: Here we can define the behavior of the ticket in relation to the presence of the customer.

  • Type selection according to amount: Here we can define the behavior of the ticket in relation to the amount.

  • Minimum amount for selection: Here we can define the behavior of the ticket in relation to the minimum amount for the selection.


By clicking on the button after selecting a ticket, the invoice number counters can be modified.
