Datacap

This is the screen to setup the parameters of Datacap.

There are some options to set up:

• Print Voucher: You can print a voucher with the payment in a separate receipt or embedded on the same receipt. You can choose also to not print any voucher.

• Preauth Mode: You can allow to modify or correct amounts of transactions, for example to add gratuities after the sale is finished. You can activate this function only for table sales or for all sales.

• Sign on screen: You can activate to get the signature of the customer when paying by card.
• Email voucher: The payment transaction will be sent to the customer's email.
• Gratuity prompt: You will be prompted to add gratuities directly on the payment device.
• Payment currency: You can fix the currency that will be used for paying by card.

You will have to enter your data provided by your bank in order to accept payments by credit card. Also you will need to enter the parameters to connect your payment device correctly.
