Setup - Basic Company Data

Services type:

On this screen you can manage the different types of services that will be provided.

Press the button to add a new type of service, or double click on a type of service to edit it.

Here you can enter the data of the new type of service:

• Code: By default, the system generates a sequential code, which can be changed as long as it is unique .

• Status: Here we select if this type of service is Active or Inactive.

• Image: You can add an image that identifies the type of service using the button .

  

You can choose a picture from the preloaded catalog of images.

You can also pick a color that will fill all the button. The text will be shown centered.

You can use your own pictures. Use the Android Gallery to search pictures on your device. If you have an installed camera, you can also take a picture to capture an image.

• Name of the type of service: Here you must enter the name of the service type in the default language and you can also enter it in all the languages that are in the application, using the button.

• Availability: Here you must indicate where the service will be available.

  • None

  • Point of sales

  • Kiosk

  • Both Pos and Kiosk.

    

• Service type: Here you must indicate the classification of the service.

  • Take in: Take in the establishment.

  • Take out: The customer takes the food home

  • Own home delivery service: The establishment sends the food to each client using its transport service.

  • External home delivery service: The establishment sends the food to each customer through a company specialized in the delivery of food at home.

    

• Assigned price level: Here you can define a price level to associate it with this service.
